  • Direct hiring of candidates introduced by ExcelTech without our involvement is prohibited during the engagement period and 12 months thereafter.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
